1. About These Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of heshamabbasforconsulting.com (the "Website") and your purchase of training programs and courses offered through it. By using the Website or registering for a course, you agree to these Terms.

The Website is operated by Hesham Abbas Medany for Consulting W.L.L, trading as Hesham Abbas for Consulting ("HAC", "we", "us", "our"), a consulting firm registered in the Kingdom of Bahrain, Commercial Registration No. 170152-1, VAT Registration No. 220024570200002.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Website or register for our programs.

2. Our Services

HAC provides strategy, management, and quality consulting services, and offers professional training programs, including internationally accredited food safety qualifications. Courses may be delivered by HAC directly or in partnership with accredited training providers and tutors. Where a course leads to an accredited qualification, certification is issued by the relevant awarding body (e.g., Highfield) subject to the learner meeting that body's assessment requirements.

Course details — including content, format, duration, language of delivery, cohort dates, and prices — are set out on the relevant course page on the Website.

3. Registration and Enrollment

To register for a course, you must:

• Complete the registration form with accurate and current information
• Be at least 18 years of age
• Pay the full course fee (see Section 4)

Your enrollment is confirmed when we send you a confirmation email after successful payment of the full course fee. We reserve the right to decline a registration at our discretion, in which case any payment made will be refunded in full.

Places on each cohort are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis upon receipt of full payment.

4. Prices and Payment

Currency and VAT. All prices on the Website are stated in United States Dollars (USD) and are exclusive of value-added tax. Bahrain VAT at the prevailing rate (currently 10%) is added at checkout and shown as a separate line item before you confirm payment.

Full payment. The full course fee (course price plus VAT) is payable in full at registration to reserve your seat. Your seat is only reserved once full payment has been received. If a registration is not completed with full payment, the seat is not held.

Payment processing. Payments are processed securely by Tap Payments. HAC does not collect or store your card details. By making a payment you also agree to Tap's applicable terms of service.

Promotional pricing. Where a discounted or introductory price is displayed alongside a standard price, the discounted price applies only for the period or cohorts indicated. We reserve the right to end promotional pricing for future cohorts at any time; this does not affect registrations already confirmed.

5. Refund Policy

Cancellation by you.

• You may cancel your registration for any reason and receive a full refund of all amounts paid, provided your refund request is received at least 21 days (3 weeks) before the course start date.
• Refund requests received fewer than 21 days before the course start date are not eligible for a refund.
• To request a refund, email info@heshamabbasforconsulting.com from the email address used at registration, quoting your name and course. The date we receive your email is the date of your request.
• Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 20 business days. Processing times of banks and card issuers may vary.

Transfers. As an alternative to cancellation, you may request to transfer your registration to a later cohort of the same course, subject to availability. Transfer requests received at least 21 days before the course start date are accommodated free of charge, one transfer per registration. Transfer requests within 21 days of the course start are at HAC's discretion.

Cancellation or changes by us. If HAC cancels a course or changes its start date by more than 7 days, you may choose either a full refund of all amounts paid or a free transfer to another cohort. HAC's liability in the event of cancellation is limited to the amounts you have paid for the course.

Non-attendance. Failure to attend a course without a valid refund or transfer request under the terms above is treated as a late cancellation, and no refund is due.

6. Course Delivery and Changes

We may make reasonable changes to course content, materials, tutors, or delivery format where necessary, provided the overall quality and learning outcomes are not materially reduced. Where a course is delivered online, you are responsible for having a suitable device and internet connection.

Certification for accredited qualifications is subject to the awarding body's assessment and quality assurance requirements. Payment of course fees does not guarantee certification; learners must meet the assessment standard.

7. Learner Conduct

Learners are expected to participate professionally and respectfully. HAC reserves the right to remove a learner from a course for disruptive, abusive, or dishonest conduct (including malpractice in assessments) without refund.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website and all course materials — including text, design, graphics, documents, slides, and recordings — are the property of HAC or its licensors and partners, and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Course materials are provided for your personal professional development only. You may not copy, share, distribute, record, or commercially exploit any course materials without our prior written consent.

Accreditation names, logos, and marks belong to their respective owners and are used under authorization.

9. Use of the Website

You agree not to misuse the Website, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with its operation, or using it for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or restrict access to the Website for maintenance or security reasons at any time.

10. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

11. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain.

Subject to the above, HAC's total liability arising out of or in connection with a course registration — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — is limited to the total amount you paid for that course. HAC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profit, business, or opportunity.

The Website and its content are provided on an "as is" basis. While we take care to keep information accurate and current, we do not warrant that the Website is error-free or uninterrupted.

12. Force Majeure

HAC is not liable for delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, epidemics, government actions, utility or telecommunications failures, or the unavailability of third-party providers. Where such an event affects a scheduled course, Section 5 (Cancellation or changes by us) applies.

13. General

• Entire agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and the details on the relevant course page, constitute the entire agreement between you and HAC regarding course registration.
• Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
• No waiver. A failure by HAC to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it.
• Amendments. We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force at the time of your registration applies to that registration.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or a course registration shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Kingdom of Bahrain.
